What Is a Remittance Schedule?

A remittance is a transfer of money between two parties. When someone borrows money, they usually have to repay their lender a bit at a time. These repayments are sometimes called remittances.  When there’s a schedule of deadlines for these repayments to a lender, it’s known as a remittance schedule. Each payment must be made according to the schedule or you risk extra charges, like late fees.
